Discovery Space Shuttle Lands at Dulles National Airport

K12 employees experienced a special science lesson this morning as we were lucky enough to witness the world's most traveled spaceship, Discovery, land at Dulles National Airport. K12 employees in Herndon, VA were situated in the perfect spot to watch the space shuttle circle the area and then land, hitched on the back of Boeing 747 jet - A once in a lifetime opportunity!
