Rebecca Black is One of Many Bullied out of School

Yesterday I read about Youtube video star Rebecca Black being taken out of school by her parents because of constant harrassment and bullying and homeschooled to allow her to focus on her studies. 

We have many K¹² families who have chosen online education due to bullying. It's alarming that across the country, bullying reports have been increasing in high schools and recent studies show that "bully-ridden schools have lower test scores". With reports like these, it's clearly a serious issue that all parents and schools need to be aware of and address.
